Urban Wellness Retreat


Welcome the new season by elevating and amplifying your human existence. Connect the mind and body through meditation-infused high intensity interval training sessions with renowned Nike Master Trainer and LIFTED founder Holly Rilinger.

Gain practical tools, tips and strategies on what to eat, superfoods 101 and how to incorporate them into your daily rituals with Misha Hyman. Maria Margolies will take you through some juicy yoga flows to create balance and optimum health while bathed in live galactic soundscapes by Aya and Tyler.

Monday 12th, Arrival and Check-in - 3pm
Meet & Greet - 5 pm

Medicinal Yoga Flows, Maria Margolies 6pm - 7:30pm This is a core and flexibility building class using slow, flowing movements in order to increase awareness in breath. To develop appreciation and surrender into whatever presents itself and arises at all levels of mind and body.

Tuesday 13th

Lifted Class, Holly Ringer** 7:30 am - 8:30 am Always at the forefront of health innovation, Holly developed a meditation-infused boutique fitness program called Lifted that fuses the gap between mind and body. Lifted consists of 60-minute classes combining meditation with high-intensity interval training, providing a unique method for participants to improve their physical well-being, gain mental clarity, reduce stress levels, improve their moods and more.

Breakfast

Myth Busting, Misha Hyman 11:30 am -1pm
Changing your perceptions about food and nutrition, “What we actually thought was good for you may actually be harmful to your health.” We'll Break down the new food pyramid and have a crash Course on healthy eating, and the 10 superfoods you should know about and how to easily incorporate it into your daily routine.

Breakfast

Radical Radiance workshop, Maria Margolies 11:30 am - 12:00 pm Beauty comes from within. If we give our bodies the right nutrients, enough water, exercise, rest and some loving rituals we can glow from the inside out.In this first workshop we will explore how to nourish our bodies from the inside out. The focus will be the skin, our largest organ. We will learn rituals, practices, what to eat, drink , and some herbal alchemy to glow and flow from within.
