30 min. This class is for anyone that wants to understand wheel pose better and how to work towards it. You will learn what’s involved in this posture, increase back flexibility, strengthen drills and tips as well as a step by step breakdown of this posture from beginner to advanced.

DEEPEN YOUR BACKBEND $25

40 min. In this class you will learn how to find more space and deeper backbends. We will work on increasing the flexibility of the back and the muscles around it as well as strengthening them in order to access more freedom in the body. We explore many different backbend variations with modifications for all levels.

40min. This class is for anyone looking to improve their posture. Bad posture causes back and shoulder pain, bad circulation, digestion problems, misalignment of the spine and headaches. In this class you will learn how to improve your posture by understanding correct alignment and strengthening the muscles that support your spine.

THE FOUR PURIFICATION PRANAYAMA PRACTICE $25

20min. This is a classic pranayama sequence as taught by Baba Hari Dass of 4 breathing exercises linked together like beads for great effect of balance and purification. It helps clear stress, focus the mind, relax the body, digest in a physical and emotional level and for overall wellbeing and balance.
