These 5 days will be time for intimate reflection, you will learn tools to optimize your physical, emotional and mental health through a series of yogic practices, activities, workshops and conversations that enhance and nurture human growth.
We will connect with like-minded people, discuss, eat healthy delicious food, learn, move and even dance. We will redefine what it means to be healthy and we will give you the tools and content to live your life to the fullest, to learn to live a life with a sense of integrity, connection and unity regardless of external circumstances.
